Jason M. Peltz is the managing partner of Worley & Peltz, PLLC. For over a decade, Jason’s practice has focused on issues related to real property law, including residential and commercial closings and leases, creditor’s rights, foreclosures and select commercial litigation matters. Clients include individuals, local, regional and international banks and corporations.
Originally from Missouri (go Cardinals!), Jason attended Washington University in St. Louis (B.A., English Literature, 1998) and Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D., 2002). Jason opened the Peltz Law Firm, PLLC in 2007 and currently lives in Asheville with his wife and two children. He has been a board member for Verner Center for Early Learning, United Way Highlands Circle (founding member) and was a two-term member of the 28th Judicial District Executive Committee. A graduate of Leadership Asheville Class 31, Jason also teaches often on various aspects of real property law, creditor’s rights and foreclosures. Jason holds an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest peer review rating available to attorneys and has been selected as part of Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite in 2009, 2012 and 2013.
